At Giordano Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
